Phantom Kölsch-style Lager
Brewed with lager malts and fermented with ale yeast at a low temperature it is then lagered for a minimum of 4 weeks. Lightly hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Phantom is clean and crisp with a fruity finish.

The codename ‘Phantom’ was given to the special recon unit based in the Park during WW2 which maintained vital lines of communication during the war.
