With a malt bill of over 70% wheat, this IPA is smooth and pillowy. A heavy dry hop of over 12.5g per litre using U.S and German hops, provides flavours of tangerine, clementines, and tropical aromas.
Hops: Magnum, Mandarina Bavaria, Yellow Sub & Citra.
The unusual Dove Tree can be found in both Richmond Park and Kew Gardens. Legendary plant hunter Ernest Wilson eventually located this sought after exotic tree in China and sent seeds back to Kew in 1901.
